Shah Rukh Khan’s movie ‘Pathan’ released today, the movie made under Yash Raj banner is one of the mega budget movies of this year.
According to Indian media, 240 crore rupees have been spent in the production of the film, Shah Rukh Khan received a compensation of 35 crore rupees.
Deepika Padukone was given Rs 10 crore while John Abraham took Rs 15 crore as compensation.
Shah Rukh Khan had also entered into a profit sharing agreement with the production house.
150 crore was spent on the production of the film, director Siddharth Anand was paid Rs 15 crore.
15 crores were spent on the promotional campaign of the film, all these expenses put the total budget of ‘Pathan’ at Rs 240 crores.
