Imran Khan's non-bailable arrest warrant suspended for 2 weeks

Quetta: The Balochistan High Court suspended the arrest warrant of the Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan for 2 weeks.

Balochistan High Court judge Justice Zaheeruddin Kakar issued a notice to the parties and directed the lawyers to present the affidavit in the next hearing. The constitutional petition will be heard after 2 weeks.

Chairman PTI Imran Khan had approached the Balochistan High Court against the case registered in Perkwita. It was argued in the petition that the case against Chairman PTI Imran Khan has been registered illegally. The case filed in Bijli Road police station of Quetta should be dismissed.

The legal team of PTI Provincial President Qasim Khan Suri and Imran Khan were also present on the occasion of submission of the request to dismiss the case against Chairman PTI in the Balochistan High Court.
