Karachi: The court rejected the bail application of accused Saram Birni in the case of illegal sending of children abroad and smuggling.

In the Karachi City Court, the court of Judicial Magistrate Sharqi gave a safe decision on the bail application of accused Sarim Birni in the case of illegal sending of children abroad and smuggling. The court had reserved its decision after the arguments of the parties were completed.

Prosecutor FIA had argued that more evidence is to be collected, if the accused is granted bail, he will molest them while the accused is constantly resorting to lies, more revelations have come out during the investigation.

Afsheen, the mother of the girl named Haya, said that she contacted Saram Barni to take her daughter, but he refused to give her to me. If bail is granted, the accused will influence the investigation.

After the hearing, lawyer Safai and President of Karachi Bar Amir Nawaz Waraich said in a conversation with media representatives that the written decision has not been received yet but we are not satisfied with the decision, the case that was was very clear, the children mentioned in it. They were present in court, there is no direct complainant, there was no complaint in any case. In all these circumstances it did not seem that bail should have been refused.

Amir Nawaz Waraich said that he will challenge this decision in the session court.
