Quetta: It has been decided to close two more schools due to the ongoing heavy rains in Balochistan.
According to the Education Department, in view of the heavy rains in the province and the situation arising during it, it has been decided in the state of emergency that public and private schools in the affected districts will remain closed on April 15 and 16.
In a notification issued by Secretary Secondary Education Saleh Nasir, it has been stated that government orange schools in rainy districts including provincial capital Quetta will remain closed on April 15 and 16.
The decision to close the educational institutions has been made due to the state of emergency imposed in the areas affected by the heavy rains.
