An application for the establishment of a new mosque in Islamabad can be made to the Chief Administrator. The mosque manager must adhere to 7 important points including ensuring brotherhood among worshipers, mutual respect, respect for all religions and transparency of funds. Without the permission of the mosque manager, no scholar or preacher will be able to give a Friday sermon or any speech. In every mosque or imam bargah, the waqf manager will also be responsible for all matters.
