Islamabad: Bushra Bibi challenged the marriage case during Idt in the Islamabad High Court.
According to Express News, Bushra Bibi, wife of founder chairman PTI Imran Khan, challenged the case of marriage during Eid in the Islamabad High Court. In this regard, the lawyers are trying to schedule the case for hearing today.
In the petition filed by Bushra Bibi, it has been requested that the decision of Additional Sessions Judge East on January 11 should be annulled. The application against Bushra Bibi and her legal husband is malicious.
In the petition, it has been requested from the court to give an order to dismiss the case of marriage during Eid. The proceedings of the trial court should also be stayed pending the pendency of this application.
