Kirk: 8 children were injured due to natural gas in large plastic bags caught fire in Karak district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
A fire broke out while filling plastic bags with gas in Aisak Khamari village of Banda Dao Shah village of Kirk, in which 8 children were injured.
Officials of Kirk 1122 reached the spot as soon as the incident was reported. The injured children were shifted to Tehsil Pied Quarter Hospital.
Some of the children are in critical condition and have been taken to Kohat Hospital.
Due to non-supply of natural gas to homes in KP, people fill holes in Sui Northern’s main distribution line and fill gas in plastic bags to take home. On the go, these bombs cause major accidents.
