Maryam Aurangzeb appears in Anti-Terrorism Court, arrest warrant cancelled

Lahore: The anti-terrorism court canceled Maryam Aurangzeb’s arrest warrant.

The hearing of the case against PML-N leader and former federal information minister Maryam Aurangzeb for making disturbing speech was held in the Anti-Terrorism Court, where Maryam Aurangzeb appeared before Judge Abhar Gul. The Green Town police station registered a case against Maryam Aurangzeb in 2022.

The court directed to submit the written judgment of the Islamabad High Court regarding the co-accused and canceled the arrest warrant of Maryam Nawaz after her appearance in the court. Later, the court adjourned the hearing of the case till January 6.
