Islamabad: Petitions against the eviction of illegal Afghan citizens have been set for hearing in the Supreme Court.
A three-member bench headed by Justice Sardar Tariq Masood will hold the hearing on December 12. Justice Yahya Afridi and Justice Ayesha Malik will be part of the bench.
Farhatullah Babar and other petitioners have appealed against the evacuation of foreign nationals.
The court had issued notices on the previous hearing to interpret the powers of the caretaker government while the court had directed the Attorney General to assist the constitution of a larger bench.
