Islamabad: In the 190 million pounds corruption case, the process of declaring Imran Khan’s co-fugitive accused as ad was started.
In the 190 million pounds corruption case against the founding chairman PTI and former Prime Minister Imran Khan, the process of declaring Mirza Shahzad Akbar, Zia-ul-Mustafa, Zulfi Bukhari, Farah Gogi and others as accomplices has been started.

According to the report, the absconding accused deliberately did not allow the non-bailable arrest warrant to be complied with. The absconding accused have gone into hiding to avoid court proceedings. The statement was recorded in the court by the investigating officer.
The court, while starting the proceedings under Section 87 of the Criminal Code, issued a directive to issue the advertisement of the fugitive accused and paste the advertisement outside the houses of the accused. The court ordered that announcements regarding court proceedings should also be made near the homes of the fugitive accused.
Judge Muhammad Basheer of the Accountability Court issued an order and called for a report on January 6, 2024 regarding the advertisements.
