Islamabad: The Special Official Secrets Act Court has indicated that the trial of the cipher case will be completed in four weeks.
A written order was issued for the hearing of the case against Chairman PTI and Shah Mahmood Qureshi, according to which the Islamabad High Court has ordered to complete the trial of the case in four weeks.
According to the decree, the further hearing of the case will be held on December 2 at nine o’clock in the morning in the jail. Chairman PTI and Shah Mehmood Qureshi were not presented in the court. was ordered.
The Chief Commissioner Islamabad and the Superintendent Jail were directed to fulfill the legal requirements while the Ministry of Law issued a notification for the jail trial on November 29. The court received the letter of the Jail Superintendent on November 30 and now as per the order of November 28, there will be a jail trial in the cipher case.
Notices have been issued to the FIA for the court appearance of Chairman PTI.
