Islamabad: A petition was filed by Chairman PTI against the jail trial order.
In the petition filed by former Prime Minister and PTI Chairman Imran Khan in the court of Judge Abul Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain of the Official Secret Act Special Court, the position has been adopted that this court ordered on November 23, 2023 that the accused be brought to the judicial complex on November 28. be presented.
The petition further states that the court has ordered a jail trial on November 28. In the presence of the order dated 23rd November, the order dated 28th November is illegal. Therefore, the court is requested to implement the order of 23 November 2023.
