Karachi: 5 important people were taken into custody in connection with the fire that broke out at RJ Shopping Mall on Rashid Minhas Road in Shahr Quaid.
According to sources, a major development in the RJ Mall fire tragedy came when the District East Police arrested 5 key persons allegedly responsible for the accident, including mall security in-charge Abid Shah.
Apart from this, software house owner Imran Adnan, management member Sultan and Faizan have also been detained.

According to the sources, the detained persons will be arrested regularly. Police sources say that rules and regulations have been flouted in the building, there was no place to clear the smoke after the fire broke out in the mall. The detainees are allegedly responsible for the tragedy.
It should be noted that three days ago, a fire broke out in a private property in the late hours of the night, as a result of which eleven people died of suffocation and burning.
