22 more Baloch students were recovered, Attorney General
Islamabad: Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar-ul-Haq did not appear in the Islamabad High Court despite the court order in the Baloch student recovery case.
In the High Court, the implementation of the recommendations of the Baloch Students Recovery Commission was heard. Caretaker Interior Minister Sarfraz Bugti, Caretaker Human Rights Minister Khalil George, families of missing Baloch persons appeared before the court.

The court said that a total of 69 students were missing.
The Attorney General said that the Prime Minister could not appear because he was abroad, 22 more Baloch students have been recovered, 28 Baloch students are still missing, I assure that efforts will be made to recover all the missing persons.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani remarked that it is a matter of fundamental rights, which is being done by the heart of Pakistan, all the students are in this case, they are our own citizens, all the blame is coming on the state agency, tell me either. That the agency of another country has picked up the employees, there are allegations against a certain organization, will the investigation be done by the same? If the state institution does something, who will take legal action against them, if any of them are terrorists, then take action, if we can try Kulbhushan, then we can also try them.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani said that Balochistan’s servant goes missing and here the administration takes one action under Section 365 and turns its face to the other side. Whomever they want, take them away for years, then hand them over to the SHO of Abpara police station, do these things happen in any civilized society, every missing person who is recovered comes and says I don’t want to follow the case. , I will not listen to anyone in closed rooms, what to say in the open court.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani said that the police takes the person away, later the person goes missing, when they go to the police station, they find that the person is not there, in cases of enforced disappearance, the people are with your own institutions, the defense secretary is responsible. That their institutions should not be involved in any such work, solve the cases of enforced disappearance and release them or present them to the court, why has no action been taken by holding any state institution responsible?
The caretaker interior minister told the court that even a single person is missing, there is no justification, we will fulfill our responsibility, there are many who are fugitives of justice, some people have gone to Afghanistan, there are many such cases. Among them, they were killed while fighting with the security forces.
The Home Ministry has appointed the Additional Secretary as the focal person on the issue of missing persons. The court ordered the petitioner to provide details of all missing persons to the focal person.
The sister of the missing Baloch person could not control her emotions and cried while speaking in front of the court. He said that Asif Baloch and cousin Rasheed Baloch were arrested in 2018, Sarfraz Batti says this is a small problem, everything has stopped, we have been pushed for six years.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani warned that if we are all kidnapped, will we understand? If the missing persons are not recovered on the next date, I will order a registration case against the Prime Minister, the Interior Minister and the Secretaries of Defense and Interior, then you all and the Prime Minister will have to go home, I am explaining to you in very clear terms. Secretary of Defense and Secretary of Interior will also be responsible, I want the result, whether this girl says at the next hearing that my brother is back, meet them, call them or go to the press club and listen to them.
The caretaker interior minister replied that I will meet him in two days and invite him for dinner.
