Former Federal Minister Fawad Chaudhry was given better class, family and lawyers in Adiala Jail while he was also allowed to meet his wife in isolation.

Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb heard Fawad Chaudhry’s request for facilities in jail and meeting with lawyers and family. On the court order, Chief Commissioner Islamabad Captain retired Anwar ul Haq appeared in the court and submitted the implementation report.
The report states that Fawad Chaudhry has been provided better classes in the jail while he will also be allowed to meet his family and lawyers and Fawad Chaudhry will be allowed to meet his wife in solitary confinement.
The court also ordered the Deputy Superintendent Jail to provide medical facilities to Fawad Chaudhry as per the Jail Manual and said that the petitioner’s dignity should be kept in mind. Asif Ali Zardari and Benazir Bhutto also met with the family and lawyers in the jail. Prevented, such incidents are an embarrassment to your officers.
During the court inquiry, lawyer Faisal Chaudhry said that Fawad Chaudhry is arrested in one case, it is not known how many cases there are. According to our information, one case is registered in Jhelum and another case is registered in a city of Punjab.
On this, the court said that the details of the cases are requested from the jail superintendent. The High Court disposed of Fawad Chaudhry’s application with directions.
