The court of Karachi declared Ali Zaidi, the leader of the Stability Party, as an accomplice in the case of Hasan Niazi’s escape.
In Karachi City Court, the application regarding the escape of PTI leader Hasan Niazi, who was brought before the court of Judicial Magistrate South, was heard.
Judicial Magistrate South has ordered the display of sketches of the leader of the Stability Pakistan Party Ali Zaidi as an advertisement in the case of the escape of accused Hassan Niazi.
The court also sought the details of the movable and immovable property of the accused from the investigating officer. Haleem Adil Shaikh, who was named in the case, appeared in the court. The court fixed December 9 as the date for indicting Haleem Adil.
