Islamabad: Chairman PTI filed an appeal against the decision of the High Court in the 190 million pounds case.
An appeal was filed in the Supreme Court through advocate Latif Khosa, arguing that PTI chairman was arrested in the Toshakhana case. The trial court dismissed the bail in absentia.
According to the application, the Islamabad High Court also upheld the decision to reject the bail. It is requested from the Supreme Court that the decision of the High Court should be declared null and void.
On the other hand, Assistant Director NAB Waqar Ahmed has reached Adiala Jail in connection with the investigation of Chairman PTI in Adiala Jail in connection with the 190 million pounds scam.
