A DSP under training in Karachi was arrested on the charge of robbery.

In the inquiry report, it was stated that an application was made by a shopkeeper named Abdul Rasheed in Derakhshan police station, in which the shopkeeper stated that he has a pan cigarette shop in Defense Phase 4 Chota Bukhari Commercial Area. The shopkeeper said that his shop was raided by a special party of the police and foreign cigarettes worth Rs 1 lakh 75 thousand were seized. The shopkeeper took her complaint to the office of DIG South and then to the office of SP Clifton Zafar Siddiqui, where SP Clifton advised her to meet the trainee DSP Umeer Bajari.

The shopkeeper met the trainee DSP Umeer Bajri and told that the value of the foreign cigarettes seized by the police party was 1 lakh 75 thousand rupees, on which the trainee DSP returned the foreign cigarettes worth 30 thousand rupees and 50 thousand rupees to the shopkeeper. While doing and putting pressure, he ordered to finish the matter and leave the office.

According to the inquiry report, on November 18, the shopkeeper Abdul Rasheed was in his shop when an official mobile carrying 2 police uniforms and 4 officers in plain clothes came and took foreign cigarettes worth 1 lakh 75 thousand rupees from the shop. The shopkeeper went to the police station and submitted a written application regarding the incident.

The next day the shopkeeper went to the office of DIG South where the DIG office sent him to SP Clifton Zafar Siddiqui and Clifton Zafar Siddiqui sent the shopkeeper to the office of Trainee DSP Umeer Bajari in Guzri where the trainee DSP asked the shopkeeper. That the amount of money you are telling is not that much money, on which the shopkeeper told all the details about the money to Umair Bajari. The trained DSP said to take the goods of 30 thousand rupees and 50 thousand rupees and finish the matter, but the shopkeeper forcibly took the goods and money and after that the documents were also signed by the shopkeeper and sent.
