Baloch student disappearance case; The prime minister has called the court for the next hearing

Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court has summoned the Prime Minister for the next hearing in the case of implementation of the recommendations of the commission regarding the enforced disappearance of Baloch students.

During the hearing, the court expressed dissatisfaction with the report of the committee established by the ministers and summoned Additional Attorney General Manoor Iqbal Dogal to the court.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani heard the case, in which Assistant Attorney General Usman Ghamman presented a one-page 6-point report of the Ministerial Committee meeting, at which Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani expressed indignation and returned the copy of the report. Did it.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani remarked that it is a shame for this court on this report. The Prime Minister and Home Minister belong to Balochistan. The Prime Minister and Home Minister should have realized that this is a matter of Baloch students. Advocate Iman Mazari appeared before the court on behalf of the missing Baloch students.

The hearing later resumed after a break, with the Islamabad High Court summoning the Prime Minister for the next hearing. On this occasion, the Additional Attorney General requested not to summon the Prime Minister and the Ministers, on which Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani remarked that there is no such thing in it. It’s all a joke. What is more insulting to the people of this country when people are going missing.

The court inquired who is from the Ministry of Defense?, on which the representatives of the Ministry of Defense appeared in the court. The court directed that the Minister of Defense should appear at the next hearing. The Minister of Interior should also be asked to appear, there is no difference in his appearance. This is not rocket science as they are calling it. We are sitting in Islamabad and talking about the rights of Balochistan.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani remarked that I am giving 7 days time to implement.

The court summoned the Prime Minister on November 29 for the non-recovery of the Baloch students and asked that the defense minister, the interior minister, the defense secretary and the interior secretary also appear. If the Baloch students do not come forward, then the Prime Minister should come forward.

During the hearing, Advocate Iman Mazari said that I want to draw the court’s attention to one issue. He said that even while the case is pending here, Baloch are missing.

It should be noted that the Federation has formed a committee of 3 ministers. The Islamabad High Court had sought a report from the federal government committee within a week.
