Islamabad: The Chief Justice of Pakistan has said in his letter that Islamic values have disappeared in the International Islamic University.
Chief Justice Supreme Court of Pakistan Justice Qazi Faiz Isa has written a letter to the President, Chairman HEC and Federal Ministry of Education on the issue of investigation against the management of International Islamic University. A copy of the letter has also been sent to the Chief Justice Shariat Court and the university administration.
The Chief Justice of Pakistan has expressed serious concerns over the appointment of Vice President Nabi Bakhsh Jumani in a letter saying that the International Islamic University has lost international standards due to mismanagement. Due to years of mismanagement, Islamic values have also disappeared in the International Islamic University.
The Chief Justice wrote in the letter that the letters related to the university administration on September 22 and October 13 have not been answered yet. The non-response to the letters shows that the Vice President wants to cover up the wrongdoings. Nabi Bakhsh Jumani’s appointment was for 3 months but he is still in office. Review the administrative affairs of the University by convening Board of Trustees meetings.
