The hearing of the cipher case against Chairman PTI was suspended without proceeding

Rawalpindi: The hearing of the cipher case against Chairman PTI was suspended without any action.

On the occasion of the hearing of the cipher case, Chairman PTI’s wife, a team of lawyers, sisters Aleema Khan and Uzma Khanum, FIA team and prosecutors reached the court.

Apart from this Shah Mehmood Qureshi’s lawyer Barrister Taimur Malik, his wife Mehreen Qureshi and daughter Mehrabano Qureshi also reached Adiala Jail.

Meanwhile, Judge Abul Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain of the Official Secret Act Special Court also reached Adiala Jail. Later, the court adjourned the hearing of the cipher case till November 21 without taking any action.

FIA Special Prosecutor Zulfiqar Abbasi Naqvi while talking to the media outside Adiala Jail said that the court has postponed the hearing in the light of Islamabad High Court’s injunction. No witnesses were presented by the prosecution today.
