Lahore: A special court in Lahore started proceedings to declare Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Monis Elahi as an admonisher and ordered to seize his property and block his bank accounts.

According to the details, in the ongoing money laundering case against Munis Elahi, the son of Chaudhry Parvez Elahi, the Special Central Court Lahore started the process of declaring the challan presented by FIA as advertisement and the judge of the Special Central Court Tanveer Ahmad Sheikh issued a written order. done.

In a written order, the court ordered the blocking of eight different bank accounts of Mons Elahi, the freezing of six different immovable properties. The special court also ordered the Director FIA to submit a report after executing the court orders.

The written order said that the FIA ​​had requested to freeze Mons Elahi’s properties. If Munis Elahi fails to appear in court within 30 days, he will be declared ad-hoc.
