Peshawar: The incident of the bride being killed during the procession took place.
According to the police, the bridegroom was killed due to non-marriage. The arrested accused, Jalal, said that he liked the bride of deceased Adnan and killed her to get her out of the way.

In the investigation, it was found that the deceased bride Adnan’s wife is the cousin of the accused. While confessing to the police, the accused said that he had been friends with the bride for many years. The police have also recovered the murder weapon from the accused.
It should be noted that on November 11, there was an incident of shooting at the bridegroom’s car during a procession on Charsadda Road, in which the bridegroom was killed and his brother was injured.
