A woman named Kajal invited the mentally challenged girl Anchal to her house where the woman’s brother-in-law met with his friends and raped the girl. When the condition of 20-year-old Anchal was not good, the family members came to know about the rape of the girl.
Among the accused are the female accused Kajal, Dewar Ashfaq, Dost Azhar, who kept threatening the family of the victim girl.
SP Model Town Dr. Amara Shirazi has said that operations are underway by forming special teams to find other accused, those who exploit women do not deserve any concession.
