Peshawar: PTI has announced to go to court in case of election of caretaker chief minister on behalf of former chief minister Mehmood Khan and Akram Durrani.
Vice President PTI Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Zahir Shah Toro said in the conversation that the caretaker chief minister chosen by Mehmood Khan and Akram Durrani will not be accepted in any case, if they choose the caretaker chief minister, they will go to court against him.
Zahir Shah Toro said that under what law has the governor written a letter to Mahmood Khan and Akram Durrani regarding the election of the chief minister, Mahmood Khan is the chief minister and neither is Akram Durrani the opposition leader, this matter should be resolved under the constitution, the governor should use his formulas.
