Karachi: Attempts to collect controversial municipal utility charges from the citizens of Karachi have been launched once again.

Mayor Karachi Murtaza Wahab started trying to collect controversial municipal utility charges from the citizens of Karachi once again, decided to pass a resolution to the City Council to collect utility charges through K Electric.
