California: Instant messaging application WhatsApp has tested the feature of finding messages by date in its beta version. Using the feature, users will be able to easily find messages sent on a specific date.
In a screenshot presented in a WhatsApp beta info report, it can be seen that there is a calendar button for searching messages in a conversation, which users can use to instantly find a message sent on a specific date. .

According to the report, this feature will not only save time but also save users from getting annoyed by going back in chat history.
Additionally, this feature will be helpful in finding non-written messages like voice notes instead of written messages as voice notes do not contain any text and written messages can only be searched by writing.
It should be noted that the company has made this trial feature available to beta users who have recently joined the official beta program of WhatsApp Web. But it is expected that this feature will be introduced for other users soon. However, no final date has been announced by the company.
