Islamabad: The Chief Justice of Pakistan has delegated many of his administrative powers to the Registrar. A notification has also been issued in this regard.
According to the notification, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Pakistan has delegated several of his administrative powers to the Registrar, after which the Registrar will have full authority in matters related to the Supreme Court Public Accounts Committee.
The decision of the Registrar on matters relating to the Public Accounts Committee shall be subject to the approval of the Full Court or the Chief Justice. Matters related to Audit and Departmental Accounts Committee will also be done with the approval of the Registrar Chief Justice.
The annual budget plan of the Supreme Court will also be finalized with the approval of the Registrar, Chief Justice.
