Peshawar: The Caretaker Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has issued a fund release policy for the four months of November to February under which funds will not be released for any individual scheme.
According to the announcement made by the Finance Department, 10% of the funds will be released for the ongoing approved development schemes.
According to the declaration, there will be a complete ban on new development schemes, details of district wise schemes should be provided to the finance department after the release of funds.
According to the declaration, 100 percent of the funds will be released for the purchase of medicines and any other essential items, 25 percent of the funds will be released to MTIs.
Similarly, funds will be provided to Tehsils, Village and Neighborhood Councils on a monthly basis subject to availability of funds.
