Islamabad: The local court handed over the leader of the Stabilization Pakistan Party, Fawad Chaudhry, to the police on a two-day physical remand.
Fawad Chaudhry was arrested on the FIR of a person named Zaheer, he had taken Rs 50 lakh from the citizen.
During the hearing, the police requested a five-day remand from the court, on which the court granted Fawad Chaudhry’s two-day physical remand. The FIR was read out in court.

Faisal Chaudhry objected in the courtroom that why cloth was put on the face? While Fawad Chaudhry said that I should be allowed to meet my lawyers. Judge Abbas Shah allowed Fawad Chaudhry to meet the lawyers.

In the court, Fawad Chaudhry said that I have a lung problem, so I should be given access to a doctor, a person named Zaheer is so lazy that he could not even come to the court, I should be given access to meet the children.
According to the police, Fawad Chaudhry had taken 50 lakh rupees from the citizen and promised a job, but the job was not given. When he demanded the money back, he was threatened with death.
According to the court order, the police sought a 5-day remand to recover the pistol and cash, but Fawad Chaudhry’s lawyer opposed the physical remand.
The court granted two-day physical remand and ordered that Fawad Chaudhry undergo medical examination before and after remand, Fawad Chaudhry to be produced on November 7 at 11 am.
