He said that crores of gallons of water were stolen under the guise of RO plant and water thieves mafia stole water worth 15 billion rupees during the last few years and this water is worth 40 lakhs per day. The corporation said that under the Water Corporation Act, this water theft is punishable by 5 years and a fine of Rs 50 lakh.

CEO Water Board said that the drone footage of the place of water theft was taken earlier and they will also investigate the water corporation officials in this water theft and if anyone is found involved in this process, strict legal action will be taken against him. will go He said that no matter how influential or powerful the water thief is, he will not be spared because only the citizens have the right to water, so they will not allow the water thieves to steal the water belonging to the citizens.
