Peshawar: The Peshawar High Court adjourned the hearing on the petition filed against the forced evacuation of Afghan musicians.

Peshawar High Court’s Justice Abdul Shakur and Justice Syed Arshad Ali heard the petition against forced evacuation of Afghan musicians from Pakistan.

Justice Abdul Shakoor asked the Deputy Attorney General what instructions had come from the government, to which the Deputy Attorney General said that the government had said yesterday that Afghan citizens who have POR cards will not be told anything. .

While hearing the petition, the court said that the petitioner should tell about them, what is the opinion of the government about them.

The petitioner’s lawyer Mumtaz Khan told the court that more petitions have been filed in this regard in the Supreme Court.

The lawyer requested that the hearing be adjourned until the Supreme Court decides on these cases.
