Karachi: CTD Investigation Police arrested the alleged target killer belonging to MQM London while conducting operations in Lines area.
According to the CTD police, the arrested killer’s name is Rehman Qureshi alias Bablu, son of Ehsan-ul-Haq, from whom illegal weapons were also found.

CTD officials have claimed that during investigation, the arrested accused has revealed that he was a member of the North Karachi Killing Team and was involved in the target killing of his political opponents.
According to the CTD officials, the arrested accused along with his accomplices killed a person in the limits of Khawaja Ajmer Nagri police station in 2011, Zubair, an opposition group activist in New Karachi 5C1, Shahrukh, a political party activist in North Karachi, in 2012. I killed Abid, a political party worker in North Karachi, Talha, a political party worker in North Karachi, and Hamid, a political party worker and an unknown woman in Sarjani Town limits in 2013.
According to the CTD officials, the revelations of the accused are being verified from the records of the respective police stations, while the weapons recovered from the arrested accused will be sent to the forensic division for further examination.
