A 5-member bench headed by Chief Election Commissioner Sikandar Sultan Raja heard the case, in which petitioner Azizuddin Kakakhil told the commission that Tauqeer Shah had resigned. Fawad Hasan Fawad and Ahmed Cheema have been recruited on political grounds. They should also be removed.
