Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Wajiha Qamar and Chaudhry Sajid Mehmood said goodbye to the party.
During the press conference at Rawalpindi Press Club, Chaudhry Sajid Mehmood said that the country was harmed by the establishment narrative of TI in the chair itself and the country’s economy and conditions have deteriorated due to this narrative.
He further said that he strongly condemns the incident of May 9, every Pakistani is saddened by this incident, the judiciary is requested to give severe punishment to the involved characters as soon as possible.
Chaudhry Sajid Mehmood while apologizing to PTI voters said that he cannot go with this narrative, after today Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf parted ways. Besides, Chaudhry Sajid Mehmood refused to answer any question after the press conference.
Wajiha Qamar’s announcement to join PML-N
Wajiha Qamar, former Member of National Assembly of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, has announced to join Pakistan Muslim League-N after saying goodbye to the party. According to the details, Wajiha Qamar had a meeting with former Prime Minister and President of Pakistan Muslim League (N) Shehbaz Sharif.
In a meeting with party president Shehbaz Sharif, Wajiha Qamar officially announced her joining Pakistan Muslim League (N), upon which Shehbaz Sharif welcomed Wajiha Qamar and congratulated her for joining the Muslim League (N).
In this regard, Wajiha Qamar said that Nawaz Sharif, President Shehbaz Sharif and the party have full faith in the manifesto, under the leadership of Nawaz Sharif, Muslim League (N) has played a historic role in the development of Pakistan.
