Karachi: A reserve force officer who shot and killed 18 people over two days in the US state of Maine has been found dead.
According to international media, the governor of the state confirmed the death of 40-year-old Robert Card. He said that the suspected shooter was found dead and died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Also, Public Safety Commissioner Mike Suschuk held a frantic press conference and said that Robert Card, the man who opened fire at a bowling alley and bar that killed 18 people and wounded 13 others, is no longer a threat to anyone.
Regarding the shooting deaths at the bowling alley and bar, US President Joe Biden said mass shootings are “a tragedy for the entire country”.
