A young man was killed in a shootout between the police and robbers in Karachi

Karachi: In Shahr-Quaid, robbers extinguished the lamp of another house, in Orangi Town, robbers opened fire and killed a young man.

When the police officials tried to stop 4 suspicious suspects on 2 motorcycles, the accused opened fire, as a result of which the passer-by was killed. The deceased youth was the youngest among seven siblings and was responsible for supporting the household. The slain youth took Rs 10,000 from the bank and opened fire, killing him on the spot.

SDPO Orangi Town Kamal Naseem while talking to media representatives said that a motorcycle patrol party of the police was stationed at No. 10 bank strip and the policemen tried to stop 4 suspicious suspects on 2 motorcycles then the accused escaped. They went to the other side of the road and fired at the police personnel, as a result of which a young man riding a motorcycle was seriously injured, who was immediately shifted to the hospital.

He said that due to the rush, the police personnel did not fire back at the armed suspects, there were a large number of citizens present on the spot and the area is also densely populated, if the police personnel fired back, more damage could have been caused.

The SDO said that the armed suspects fired directly at the policemen due to which the policemen fell on the ground and saved their lives.

The youth was identified as 22-year-old Malik Arsalan son of Malik Muhammad Ramzan, who worked as an LED repairer. The deceased youth was the youngest of a sister and six brothers.

The mother of the young man said that how long will robbers continue to destroy the laps of mothers, why is there no one to catch the robbers, the robbers are roaming freely but no one arrests them.

The brother of the deceased said that after the death of the father, the deceased brother was responsible for the maintenance of the family.
