Hamas released two American hostages on 'humanitarian grounds'

Occupied Jerusalem: A spokesman for Hamas’ military wing Al-Qassam Brigades has said that the group has released two American hostages on humanitarian grounds.

According to Al Jazeera’s report, Abu Obaidah said in a statement that “in response to Qatari efforts, Al-Qassam Brigades released a mother and her daughter on humanitarian grounds.”

He added that the move was intended to “prove to the American people and the world that the claims of Joe Biden and his fascist administration are false and baseless.”
