The Lahore High Court has accepted the post-arrest bail applications of well-known designer and activist Khadija Shah in the Jinnah House attack and Askari Tower siege cases.
A two-member bench consisting of Justice Miss Alia Neelam and Asjad Javed Gharal of the High Court gave a safe verdict on the bail pleas of Tehreek-e-Insaf worker Khadija Shah and other accused.
The bench granted bail to Khadija Shah in the Jinnah House attack and Askari Tower encirclement cases.
The court granted the bails of 6 more accused, while the named accused Sufyan was dismissed on the basis of withdrawing his bail.
Khadija Shah’s husband, mother, sister and other relatives were also present in the court room when the verdict was pronounced. After the court verdict, Khadija Shah’s husband said, thank God, she got justice.
