The investigating officers of the Sarjani Town police station are sweeping the court premises
Karachi: The submission of the report by the subordinate police officer cost the investigation officer dearly, the judge sentenced him to be wiped out in the circuit court.
Judicial Magistrate Abdullah Qadri sentenced the investigating officer to be wiped in the court premises for not submitting the report himself. Instead of submitting the report himself, the investigating officer sent it to a subordinate official.
The court ordered the investigating officer of Sarjani Town police station to clean the floor by handcuffing him, the video of the investigating officer cleaning the floor by handcuffing went viral on social media.
Judicial Magistrate Abdullah Qadri has previously given such punishments to police personnel. Judicial sources say that the viral video of the investigating officer is 15 to 20 days old.
