Karachi: A digital portal was created for quick resolution of public grievances on the instructions of caretaker Chief Minister Sindh Justice (Rtd) Maqbool Baqir.
In a letter sent to all Deputy Commissioners and SSPs across Sindh, they were directed to address public grievances on the portal. The letter said that the district officers should review the complaints and issue immediate orders.
According to the post, personal accounts of SSPs and Deputy Commissioners of all districts will also be created on the portal.
