Karachi: The Meteorological Department has predicted light rain and drizzle in the city of Quaid on Tuesday.
According to the forecast made by the Early Warning Center of the Meteorological Department, light rain and drizzle are likely to occur in the city on Tuesday due to western winds. Apart from this, the possibility of rain has also been shown in rural Sindh.
According to the forecast, a series of westerly winds has entered the northern parts of the country, the effects of the system are likely to spread to central and upper Sindh, Karachi is expected to receive light rain and drizzle on October 17.
There is a possibility of light rain and drizzle in Hyderabad, Badin, Thatth, Sajawal, Tharparkar, Umarkot districts of Karachi, while Sukkur, Larkana, Jacobabad, Dadu, Jamshoro, Qamber Shahdadkot, Shaheed Benazirabad and other districts are expected on October 16-17. Chance of rain with thundershowers in between.
According to the Early Warning Center, today (Sunday) the weather in the city will be hot and humid, while on Monday, the forecast may be clear and partly cloudy. On Saturday, the maximum temperature of the city was 33.6 degrees while the humidity in the air was recorded at 63%. The highest mercury in rural Sindh was recorded at 40 degrees Celsius in Dadu district.
