Karachi: Preparations for crackdown on fake recruitments and ghost teachers have started in Sindh Education Department, details of absent teachers from schools have been requested from Director School Education.
The Sindh Education Department has ordered all the directors of the province to submit the report within 15 days by collecting the data of the teachers of the schools.
According to the order of the Education Department, in the DG Monitoring report, more than 25,000 teachers were revealed to be absent from schools this year, and when 4,000 ghost teachers were revealed, the Sindh Education Department was in a rush. .
According to the caretaker education minister, in the first phase, the appointment of the absentee teachers and their educational qualification will be investigated and the absentee teachers will be dismissed from the job in the first instance.
He said that the original service book, payslip of the first salary, explanation letter, NOC and attendance report of the teachers have been requested.
According to the Caretaker Education Minister, a large number of new teachers are waiting and are yet to join. He said that absent and absentee teachers will be fired and new teachers will be appointed.
