Islamabad: Chaudhry Parvez Elahi challenged the decision of rejecting the contempt of court petition against the police officials in the Islamabad High Court.
In the Islamabad High Court, Chaudhry Prozeer Elahi filed an inter-court appeal, in which it is requested that the single bench decision of September 7 should be annulled and contempt of court proceedings should be initiated against the parties and departmental proceedings against the involved persons. The order should also be given.
In the petition, Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi has also been requested to be produced in the court and an order for his release has also been requested.
