Lahore: The Accountability Court has started the process of declaring Monis Elahi as an advertisement in the alleged corruption investigation in the development projects.
Accountability Court Judge Naseem Ahmed Work heard the case. The court started the process of declaring it ad on the request of NAB. The court ordered the publication of the advertisement of Mons Elahi.
NAB submitted the arrest warrant report of Monis Elahi in the court. The NAB report stated that the accused Monis Elahi is hiding from arrest and has gone into hiding to avoid arrest.
In the report, it is requested that the accused Monis Elahi be declared as an advertiser.
The accountability court has issued an arrest warrant for Monis Elahi. Chairman NAB also issued an arrest warrant for Monis Elahi on August 11. The accused is accused of corruption of billions of rupees in development projects.
