Karachi: The Sindh Education Department has stopped the release of orders for the candidates who are awaiting the order to clear the IBA test.
Advocate General Sindh, while giving his legal opinion to the Education Department, said that the recruitment process of primary school teachers (PST) and junior elementary school teachers (JST) who passed the IBA test was given by the court to the new recruits. It has been stopped due to the injunction.
In order to fulfill all the requirements in this regard, a legal opinion was sought from the Advocate General on behalf of the Education Department that the recruitment of the teachers who passed the test were left so that all legal matters could be settled and orders can be given to them immediately.
The Advocate General has advised to stop these recruitments while giving a legal opinion – the Advocate General wrote in his legal opinion that until the final decisions of the court on the other petitions including Constitutional Petitions 508 and 509, all new and old recruitments will be suspended. The chain should be stopped.
After which the education department has decided not to issue posting orders to IBA pass teachers despite passing the test.
