Islamabad: Pakistan has condemned Israel’s decision to legalize 9 Jewish settlements in the occupied West Bank of Palestine.
In a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it has been said that Pakistan strongly condemns Israel’s recent decision to legalize 9 settlements in the occupied West Bank, which is a clear violation of international law and UN resolutions.
The spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs says that the illegal Israeli action will further increase the tension and harm the peace of the region. The international community should stop Israel from taking steps that hinder the two-state solution.
The spokesman said that Pakistan reiterates its full support to the Palestinian people and demands the establishment of an independent State of Palestine on the pre-1967 borders with East Jerusalem.
