Islamabad: The decision on 9 bail applications of chairman PTI will be pronounced tomorrow.
Islamabad High Court has released the cause list of reserved verdict, Chief Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri will deliver the verdict.
The Sessions Court and the Anti-Terrorism Court had dismissed the non-compliance bails. In the petition on behalf of Chairman PTI, it was stated that 9 bail applications should be considered as pending in the concerned courts.
In the petition, it was requested that the arrest should be restrained till the final decision of the concerned courts in these 9 cases and the concerned courts should be directed to decide the 9 cases on merit.
It should be noted that there are cases against Imran Khan of May 9 and 3-3 protests in Islamabad, forgery of Tosha Khana, violation of Article 144 and attempted murder.
