Jerusalem: Israeli forces have shot and killed a Palestinian youth in the occupied West Bank city of Ramallah.
According to international media reports, Muhammad Romana, who belongs to the Amari refugee camp in Ramallah, was martyred late at night, in his mourning, the local Palestinians have announced a general strike.
According to the Palestinian news agency Wafa, Israeli soldiers opened fire on two Palestinian youths in a car, as a result of which Muhammad Romana was martyred, while another was injured, who was immediately transferred to the hospital.
The Palestinian Red Crescent said in this regard that the Israeli forces initially did not allow the ambulances to come to help the two Palestinians, as a result of which Muhammad Rumana died on the spot due to his injuries. Hamas said in its statement that Rumana was its member.
