Islamabad: The government has announced a reduction in the prices of petroleum products by 11 rupees per litre.
According to the announcement issued by the Ministry of Finance, the price of petrol per liter has been reduced by 8 rupees and the price of diesel by 11 rupees for the next fifteen days.
The price of petrol has been reduced from Rs 331.38 per liter to Rs 323.38 per liter while the price of high speed diesel has been reduced from Rs 329.18 per liter to Rs 318.18 per liter.
The Ministry of Finance has issued a declaration regarding the application of new prices, according to which the prices will be applied from 12 midnight.
The Ministry of Finance says that the prices of petroleum products have been reduced due to the decrease in the prices of petroleum products in the world market.
